Contributed Newcastle resident Harutaka Imai crafts his signature Seahawks sushi roll at Miyabi Sushi in Tukwila. It takes Imai 30 minutes to make one roll. Imai moved to Newcastle with his wife six years ago. They came to the United States from Japan, where Imai also worked as a sushi chef.
