HomeStreet Bank will join 90 other banks in Western Washington to collect nonperishable food and cash donations for Northwest Harvest between March 18 and April 5.

The effort is part of the Bankers Care Spring 2013 Food Drive. The Bankers Care program, sponsored by the Washington Bankers Association, focuses on the many ways bankers can help meet the vital needs of people across the state.

Contributions collected at each neighborhood branch will directly support that community.

HomeStreet customers and members of each local community are encouraged to participate. Cash donations are also accepted and can be made at branches or directly online at www.bankersinwacare.com.

The Newcastle branch is located at 6949 Coal Creek Parkway S.E.
