King County assessor to speak at April 13 chamber luncheon

King County Assessor Lloyd Hara will speak at the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce luncheon at 11 a.m. April 13 at Tapatio Mexican Grill, 6920 Coal Creek Parkway Southeast.
Hara will discuss issues related to property assessments and valuations.
