The parents and friends of a missing Maywood Middle School student have asked community members to help bring her home.

Her parents believe Riley Bunch, 12, ran away from her Renton Highlands home Monday. In a postings on Facebook, the family said Riley did not get on her school bus or attend school. The school notified them Riley did not attend.

Riley is white with red hair, 5-foot-5-inches tall and 105 pounds.

The family has asked people with information about Riley to contact the King County Sheriff’s Office at 206-296-3883.

Issaquah School District spokeswoman Sara Niegowski directed questions about the case to the sheriff’s office.

Riley has been found, thanks to a tip-off from a Safeway store manager. She is home safe with her family.
